Plot Management
We offer a plot maintenance program that ensures year-round maintenance of your erven. Once alien vegetation is removed or your plot has been cleared we will visit your plot quarterly and remove any re-growth or seedlings.
The cost for an average sized erf in St Francis is approximately R100.
For an extra consideration, we will also clearly mark and maintain your erf pegs and if required keep a 1m passage clear along your boundaries. The price for this varies considerably and an extra quote will be given.
